How to find our law office in Chiang Mai
Our office is on the third floor of a building on Huaykaew Road. From the street you cannot see our sign.
Most of the people who come to see us are foreigners, and many of them have never been inside a Thai law office before. Some are dealing with a death in the family. Some are about to buy a condominium and are nervous about it. Standing on a pavement wondering which building is the right one is not a good way to start any of that.
So we made a short video. It takes under a minute and it shows exactly where we are, using the places you already know.
The short answer
We are in the Siriphanich Building, at 191 Huaykaew Road, room 3i on the third floor.
We are directly across the road from Kad Rincome and MAYA. Nimman Road begins at that same corner. If you know any one of those three, you already know where we are.
Coming from the Old Town
About twenty minutes by car.
Leave the moat at the north west corner and follow Huaykaew Road west, past the Chang Phueak area, and keep going. You will pass the Kad Rincome intersection. Our building is a little further along, on the opposite side of the road from Kad Rincome and MAYA.
If you are in a taxi or a Grab, tell the driver Siriphanich Building, Huaykaew Road, opposite Kad Rincome. Every Chiang Mai driver knows Kad Rincome. Not all of them know the building by name.
Coming from Nimman
You are almost here already. Nimman Road runs south from the Huaykaew junction beside MAYA. Walk or ride north to that junction, turn onto Huaykaew, and we are across the road within a couple of minutes.
Coming from the university
Chiang Mai University’s main entrance is on Huaykaew Road, west of us. Head back east towards the city and you will reach the Kad Rincome intersection. We are on the same stretch.
When you arrive
Come in through the front doors of the building. Take the lift to the third floor. We are in room 3i.
There is a brass plate on the door with my name on it, and a printed sign beside it that says Law Office and Notary. If you can see those, you are in the right place.
There is plenty of parking at the building, and it is free. You do not need to look for a space on Huaykaew Road, and you do not need to pay anyone. Drive in, park, and come up.
Before you come
Bring your passport. If your matter involves property, bring the title deed or a photograph of it. If somebody has died, bring the death certificate and anything you have showing what they owned in Thailand. If you received a letter from another lawyer or from a government office, bring that too.
None of this is compulsory. You can come with nothing and we will still talk to you. It simply means we can give you a straight answer in the first meeting rather than the second.

Why we made a video about a building
It is a fair question for a law firm.
The honest answer is that a Google Maps pin does not help very much when the place you are looking for is a room inside a building, on a floor you cannot see from the road. A pin puts you on the right pavement. It does not tell you which door, which lift, or which floor.
We spend a great deal of effort on explaining what we do. It seemed strange to spend almost none on whether somebody can find the front door.
